We can monitor pumping stations through condition monitoring. This can be part of the maintenance contract. Should a fault occur, we receive a notification from our monitoring system, and our own service engineers can respond accordingly.

Our Services Department carries out the installation and commissioning of complete pumping stations, pump rooms and pump installations. In close cooperation with our Engineering Department, our Services Department is equipped to supply complete mechanical and electrical installations on a turnkey basis.

Our Services Department can conduct on-site inspections on an incidental or periodic basis using state-of-the-art measuring equipment.

Our Services Department provides expert pump repair both on-site and at any of our four fully equipped workshops. We offer a wide range of service options—from 24-hour emergency support to long-term contract maintenance. We can also manage spare parts inventory on behalf of third parties, enabling guaranteed repair times at fixed prices.

In addition to repairs, we offer custom modifications tailored to customer specifications, working closely with our Research & Development team to deliver precise solutions. While we specialize in Pentair pumps, our capabilities extend to complete overhauls of a customer’s entire pump fleet. Thanks to our advanced engineering expertise, we can modify pump designs from most manufacturers to meet specific performance or application requirements.

Throughout the life cycle of a pump, Pentair helps minimize energy costs through expert vibration analysis and proactive maintenance. Our professional vibration measurements—based on displacement, velocity, and acceleration—provide a clear picture of the condition of new, existing, or refurbished pumps and other rotating equipment.
